I started cycling to increase my fitness and strength after having knee surgery and began participating in cycling time trials over distances of 10 miles and 25 miles. To improve my times, I needed to increase my power output; Adam developed a bespoke six-month training package for me, focusing on strength and conditioning. My leg strength has already improved by 25%! I’ve found Adam to be very supportive and the training plans are interesting - they’re difficult but not impossible and if you’re willing to work hard, you will get the rewards.
I have been working with Adam for a while now. When we first started training I was quite stuck in my ways and resistant to new ideas - whilst be frustrated at not seeing results! Adam has introduced me to new ways of training and I now love power-lifting - I have seen the biggest changes in such a short time and I love being in competition with myself every week! Adam is always ready with a critical eye to make sure my technique is right and revamps the programme on a regular basis so I don't get bored!
