Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Founder 

I am a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer based in the Norwich, Great Yarmouth.  I come from a sporting background having played cricket and football for as long as I can remember. This was my motivation to go to Uni to study Applied Sport Science which has given me a brilliant range of knowledge that I keep trying to build on. The next step for my development is a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning and earning my UKSCA accreditation.     

 I believe that Strength and Conditioning can benefit everyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle and fitness level. It has taught me to use scientific research to help improve your movement efficiency and because everyone has to move then why not make it as efficient as possible. I will look to use a range of different training modalities depending on your ability and training history to help you achieve your goals

Simple is Better

My Programs are simple but effective, lets learn how to do the basics first. 

360 degree Movement

To develop a solid athletic base, all directions of movements need to be trained. This will help develop strength, balance and stability around specific joints. 

Education

I believe that education is key to develop a positive relationship with exercise. The more you understand the WHY we are performing an exercise the quicker you will start to see results. 

Technique

I promote movement efficiency so we can lift safely and reduce the risk of injuries. 

Overload principle 

To bring a positive change in performance the overload principle must be applied. This is where Load and Intensity are manipulated over time for a training adaptation to take place.

Even the best athletes need to be committed to improving their fitness, and you are no different. If you want to achieve your goals then there need to be be a level of commitment.
